Enduro Dream Week

First day we usually start with information meeting and then ride in our Jamnica Single Trail Park, which is a ride on panoramic hills around our base. It is combined with single tracks, fire roads and some dirt roads as well. Smooth single tracks in the forests around, prepares you for the terrain on which we will be riding next days. Probably we will have lunch at tourism farm around midday and have some nice small climbing to a single track, which ends at our bike base.

Morning shuttle to Podpeca where in the past miners, farmers and hunters create a network  of paths – now called single trails.  After short uphill on forest road and cart tracks to the point where is the beginning of our epic ridge single trail ride, which take us with some uphill’s in between down to the valley. The combination of EWS stages and hidden trails flowing through the geological diverse forests of Geopark Karawanke will provide us with some stunning views and epic rides.  

One of the longest flow trail in Europe – Petzen ( Austria), with the challenging trails Thriller and EWS trail  are Top fun for most of the mountain bikers. In case that cable car doesn't operate on that dates ( in May or October)  we will shuttle you as highest as possible to enjoy the trails.

Is a somewhat unusual park, as it falls under the category of NATURAL "trail bike parks". Our trails, meant for safe joyrides with all-mountain and enduro bikes, run through forests and fields with beautiful vistas. You can either decide to take easy flowing trails or technically more demanding ones that will prepare you for later rides. Trails are connected with an easy uphill ride on the slopes of the hill. Bike hotel Ekohotel Koroš in Jamnica is in the heart of the park.

Black Hole Trail is a mountain bike trail through abandoned tunnels of Lead and Zink Mine Mežica. Before the trail was built, a human has not set foot in these tunnels in over 25 years. The colossal chambers used to hold tonnes of lead which was mined in the past. The trail runs over five levels of the mine and descends a total of about 150 metres.

Black Hole Trail is designed to pose a challenge and offer an adventure to experienced mountain bikers. The trail is very technical. There are some nice and flowy sections where a rider can rest and enjoy views of the black chambers. If parts of the descent prove too challenging, it is easy to walk through them and jump back on the bike afterwards.

In the afternoon, we will one extra trail in the area of Mežica

Between Drava river and Meža river there is a masive of Strojna of which one part is also the area of Jamnica. Strojna is wast, forested plateau and home of many lonely farms whose past connections gave us a vast network of hidden flowy trails rolling over the hills.
